In the past 10 years, Valencia Lea park owners have
installed 124 new homes, most with 2-car garages,
built on-site. Our new homes are Hallmark Homes, which
we consider the “Cadillac” of manufactured homes. And
once we build an attached garage, add a concrete
driveway and brick skirting, and completely sprinkler
and landscape your site (all included in your sales
price), it’s hard to distinguish our home from
something “stick-built.”
Our plans vary in size up to 2160 square feet, with most
plans approximately 1440 square feet.
