Phase 6 is the culminating—and in all likelihood, the final—phase of Valencia Lea. The entrance is gated, and the amenities include a creek, spa, cabana, kitchen and putting green, along with lushly landscaped common grounds. All homes meet the highest standards, and include stamped concrete driveways and an extra-deep 2-car garage that precludes the need for additional storage units.
