Fiesta Hills Mobile Home Park, located in Highland, California,
was acquired by the owners of Valencia Lea Mobile Home Park
in March of 2003. Immediately improvements were begun in
the common landscaping, clubhouse and infrastructure. New
park managers, Susan & Louie Kline, have established
a congenial, resident-friendly atmosphere and a can-do management
style.
 Fiesta Hills is a 55+ park, with swimming pool and clubhouse
that includes a large meeting hall, kitchen, pool room, lending
library and office. The social schedule is very active, with
events ranging from monthly potlucks to monthly birthday
nights. A supportive, small-town atmosphere prevails.
 After repaving the streets, adding new streetlights and installing a new automatic entry gate, park owners completed a total renovation of the clubhouse in 2008-2009. Walls were rebuilt, bathrooms were totally ripped out and remodeled, and a state-of-the-art kitchen was built. A library and lounge was added, and the poolroom was updated. The end result is a classy clubhouse worthy of our residents!
 We are surprisingly affordable. Fiesta Hills offers both lower site rents and lower home prices than Valencia Lea. Since 2003, we have brought 26 new Hallmark Homes to Fiesta Hills, and would be happy to order a home customized to your every need.
