Fiesta Hills Mobile Home Park, located in Highland, California, was acquired by the owners of Valencia Lea Mobile Home Park in March of 2003. Immediately improvements were begun in the common landscaping, clubhouse and infrastructure. New park manager, Joni Fernandez, has established a congenial, resident-friendly atmosphere and a can-do management style.

Fiesta Hills is a 55+ park, with swimming pool and clubhouse that includes a large meeting hall, kitchen, pool room, lending library and office. The social schedule is very active, with events ranging from monthly potlucks to monthly birthday nights. A supportive, small-town atmosphere prevails.

After repaving the streets, adding new streetlights and installing a new automatic entry gate, park owners completed a total renovation of the clubhouse. Walls were rebuilt, bathrooms were totally ripped out and remodeled, and a state-of-the-art kitchen was built. A library and lounge was added, and the poolroom was updated. The end result is a classy clubhouse worthy of our residents!
