Fiesta Hills Mobile Home Park, located in Highland, California, was acquired by the owners of Valencia Lea Mobile Home Park in March of 2003. Immediately improvements were begun in the common landscaping, clubhouse and infrastructure. New park manager, Celeene Moreno, has established a congenial, resident-friendly atmosphere and a can-do management style.
